Known for his ability to read mind-body patterns quickly, he guides clients back into coherence through a blend of physiology, corrective exercise, breath mechanics, and intuitive calibration.

With additional background in performing arts, educational leadership, and Human Design, Griffin helps clients develop a calm, centered authority that expresses clearly and confidently under pressure.

Is this therapy?

No. Coherence is a coaching container that focuses on how your body and nervous system integrate what you already know. It complements therapeutic work but is not a replacement for it.

Will this help me communicate in difficult personal conversations or relationships?

Yes. The same physical and nervous-system patterns that shape your presence in high-stakes situations also shape how you express yourself with friends, family, and partners.

What if I’ve already done a lot of personal growth work?

How much time does this require?

Each session is 60 minutes, plus a few minutes of daily integration. This isn’t about doing more. Instead, it’s about using your energy more effectively.

How long is the container?

Coherence is a 6-week mentorship. Many clients experience major shifts within the first few sessions. Extensions are available for those wanting longer-term support.
